Login via web interface with a simple and transparent design. Notifications are sent via email to review the changes based on individual user´s settings - the ability to track all changes released on the MoH electronic portal.
- eTool.sk provides two types of notification emails:
- Summary notifications - all related changes generated comprehensively and schematically via one notification email, sent at specific time
- Urgent notifications - sent immediately after new reimbursement submission, or MoH appeals is released, or new general notification is released on MoH electronic portal
- Summary notifications:
- Only 1 simple email notification with all changes summarized (see example)
- Adjustable time of sending email - one or more times per day
- Possibility to create your own filter based on a respective medical devices subgroup, submission application type, or submitter name
- Unlimited number of notification settings by user – each with unlimited number of notification emails
- Urgent notifications:
- Urgent notifications are intended only for new submission (for example competitive submission, MoH submission), new general notification, and MoH appeals (with a 7-day deadline to respond) - sent immediately after releasing on MoH electronic portal (even state „Appeal under the preparation“ might be notified before Appeal is being released)
- We guarantee sending email notification within 2 minutes after related change is released on MoH electronic portal
- The same possibility to create your own filter and settings as with Summary notifications
- Premium service package for demanding customers (extra pay):
- Export of proceedings and export of decisions in a form suitable for own analysis
- SMS notice informing you that a notification email has been sent
- HTML report output - overview of all changes released on MoH electronic portal (incl. price alteration)
