Login via web interface - access is not limited to the number of users or the number of ATC group - the ability to track all changes released on the MoH electronic portal and throughout the whole Reimbursement list.

eTool.sk provides two modules:

• 1. Notifications (sent via email):
  • Only 1 simple email notification - all related changes generated comprehensively and schematically via notification
  • Urgent notifications for the reason of either general notification released by MoH, or MoH appeals due to submission dossier completion, or new reimbursement submission within respective ATC groups which are object of user´s interest - sent immediately after releasing on MoH electronic portal (even „Appeals under the preparation“ before being released on MoH portal might be notified)
  • Quick overview of changes released on MoH portal without opening the attachments manually:
    • Information from attachments (MiniDali) available directly within the notification email (for different reimbursement applications: A1N, A1P, A1E, CND, CNH, A3)
    • Comprendious overview of "Statements and Comments" to submissions that are very difficult to be retrieved from MoH portal
    • Notification is directly linked to the reimbursement applications and attachments; you can open related attachments directly from your email client
• 2. Price evaluation – Reimbursement list prediction (excel file):
  • The system automatically generates a new file on daily basis, with all actual updates included.
  • Chronological overview of the submission dossiers per drug (withdrawn / listed, new prices and price changes, Ministry of Health (MoH) proposals on pricing within IRP process).
  • Automatical integration of reimbursement statement changes in 1 day after being released on MoH electronic portal; UZP2 reimbursement prediction calculation until MoH decision publishing; previous month comparison - color-highlighted changes
  • Automatical integration of price referencing statement – proceedings Návrhy_MCV – final prices based on MoH decision
  • Possibility to automatically highlight particular drugs of interest in excel file to increase transparency (e.g. to mark your portfolio or competitors)
  • Filtering based on ATC code to generate simplified, tailor-made files
• Automatically generated file with price evaluation provides daily updates on:
  • Newly launched products with date of launch (color-highlighted); drugs in the state “after appeal” with postponed date of expected listing – after MoH decision is published, month of drug listing updated automatically
  • Drugs requested to be withdrawn from Reimbursement list and with effect from (color-highlighted); with a distinction between legal withdrawals and submitted withdrawals (period of 90 days after submission is monitored)
  • Changes in drug prices (color-highlighted)
  • Change in drug reimbursement based on submitted prices (prediction of reimbursement before MoH decision publishing), after MoH decision publishing - changes are implemented based on the decision (approx. 1-2 after being released on MoH portal).
  • Automatic re-calculation of prices per DDD in reference groups and jumbo clusters - elimination of errors and misidentification of the reference drug in the group; conducive to settle prices to zero co-payment
  • Data archiving - possibility of backward supervision
